Dr. Peter Urwantschky LL.M has been practicing law for over 40 years. His father Dr. Alfred Urwantschky specialised in aviation law in 1955. In 1981, Peter joined his father in the aviation law department. From 2001 on, Peter headed that firm’s aviation law unit alone and successfully expanded it until he decided to leave the firm founded by his father 1949 in May 2023.
Daniel C. Jacobsen has distinguished himself as a specialist in commercial law. His expertise includes the areas of labor and corporate law, in particular M&A and contract law. He has been handling aviation law mandates together with Peter since 2020, in particular in connection with major damage claims to aircraft. He also advises our clients on aircraft transactions and regulatory issues.
