We support and advise our clients on upcoming restructuring and reorganisation measures or on negotiations with the social counterpart, for example on issues of staff reductions, plant closures and relocations. We draft all types of agreements under labour law for our clients (employment contracts, bargaining agreements or other in-house collective agreements, etc.) and develop the contract provisions that are suitable for your company. In the often sensitive and sometimes complex termination of employment relationships, we are available to both employees and enterprises with our know-how.
We represent you both in and out of court in disputes concerning the employment relationship (in particular in the case of terminations, notices of change, fixed terms or termination agreements). Urwantschky Jacobsen also works out reconciliations of interests, social plans and other collective bargaining agreements for our clients. We advise both companies and executives on the establishment and termination of management relationships (for managing directors, board members, etc.). In litigation cases, we represent our clients before conciliation boards and labour courts.
